We appreciate your interest in our beloved breed, the Great Dane. The Great Dane Club of Greater Kansas City has been in existence for 30 years and is an affiliate of the Great Dane Club of America.

We have meetings the first Wednesday of January, March, May, July, September, November and December at Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center (11950 West 110th Street, Overland Park, KS). Meetings start at 7:00pm. No dogs or small children please.

We have regular meetings, Specialty Shows, Fun and Obedience matches, Breed related events like Great Dane rescue parades, Dane Olympics, Educational, Social events and Fund raising events. We have a very active Rescue program that finds homes for unwanted or abandoned Great Danes. Our main concern and interest is the Great Dane in all its aspects, as a show dog, obedience dog, pet, and companion.

Please join us for our next meeting. We try to provide programs that are educational and beneficial for people interested in the Great Dane. There is usually a short business meeting and refreshments, giving people the opportunity to learn through an exchange of ideas and experience.
